ROAST: Medium

Our beloved Espresso Blend, Harmony.  We roast more of this coffee than any other.  Cafes across the state serve this to their grateful customer base, as we do in Eagle at our cafe.  It's so so delicious.  With the milk of your choice, or on its own, you cannot go wrong.  Throw in the hopper, dial it in, and drink up!

Flavors of dark chocolate, blueberries, red fruit, macadamia nuts, and a caramel sweetness.  Add milk and taste flavors of chocolate mousse, berry tarts, and apple pie. 

Composed of fresh harvest coffees that we love and know will play well together.

Recommended Recipe:

18g in, 26-32 seconds, 38 grams out -- always distribute evenly, tamp gently pre-infuse if possible, and pull often
